hi im in dublin on ntl.i have the eurovox max 2007(red).haveit about 8 months no problems and last night all the movie channels went it just says no signal.also setanta 1 is gone and sky sports 1 is really bad signal.i tried a power scan but didnt do anything.can anybody help.thanks in advance.
Try a manual scan on these frequencies : 307000 Sky Premiere and Sky Premier +1/Sky Modern/Setanta Sports 1 323000 Sky Action/ Sky Classics /Sky Comedy/ Sky Drama /Sky Family/ Sky Indie/ Sky SCi-Fi/Horror
Ok, to manually scan,go to user installation then channel edit(green button)then to add the frequencies press the red button, put in the frequencies,then when they're all in press exit and go back to the first page of the install menu,Press the red button for auto scan this will do a scan an all the freqs entered
the frequencies are already in and its shoing up 75% on 307.000mhz same as the othe but satanta 1 isnt even on my menu and setanta 2 says please wait code updating.
Sorry halpin I can't advise you any further than I have as I don't have a E*****x but there will be another member along who knows the ins and outs of the E*****X to help you out so keep checking back here.
Just check the incoming cable is secure in the RF Socket You can note the freq on the channels you are having trouble with and delete them , then do a manual sca on the freq and they should come back in at the end of your channel listing
