guys do you'll know any software that does a system restore. i already know my pc has 1 i heard of the crappy norton go back. but i want to know r there any otheres out there i can buy please get back
Hello catsee. I dont think you need to buy a software for this purpose. U dint mention which OS arey ou using. I assume its XP SP2/1.In this OS the system restore software is built in.The OS makes new restore point everytime you instsall new software or you do something similar.So you just have to select the restore point where you want your systsem to be restored back.Follow the steps given below:- 1.Open 'Run' window(can use win key+R). 2.Type 'msconfig' and hit enter key. 3.Select 'general' 4.select' launch system restore'. 5.there you can either choose earlier made restore points or can make new sys restore points. 6.once you have selected the proper option hit 'next' and follow the instructions and you will get back your old settings after restarting your system.
