please help me look for a cool, cheap phone

Hi, I had my blackberry 7100g for about 5 months before walking into a pool with it. (completely broken) Not only did I lose 300+ numbers, but im out a phone.
Since its only 5 months old, i cant reupgrade my contract with cingular.

So what im looking for is a cool, cingular, camera phone for pretty cheap on ebay.
I liked my blackberry cause it looked cool, but i didnt really use the features, so id like something with a camera i think.
Oh, and it would need to be unlocked.
