PLEASE HELP ME! PROBLEM FTP'N XBOX, "Connection failed (No route to Host)"

    iT DOESNT EVEN TRY TO CONNECT IT JUST SAYS

    Connection failed (No route to Host)

    am i doing something wrong?

    isnt a crossover cable the same as a regular ethernet cable?

    here are my settings:

    XBOX
    Setup Network: Yes
    use static IP: yes
    IP: 192.168.0.3
    Subnet: 255.255.255.0
    Default gateway:
    DNS1: 192.168.0.4 (same as PC ip add)


    PC
    IP: 192.168.0.4
    Subnet: 255.255.255.0
    DNS:


    Isnt the xbox supposed to be on? when trying to ftp? its on, it aint still working, please what I am Doing wrong!!!!!!!

    and under the xbox setting menu it says "Line Status: NO link!"

    whats wrong!!!!
