Hi ! Seems I have the same problem than this gentleman: same phone, same net (T-Mobile in the US). I tried to fix it by myself with a free calculator, but as I don't know if my Nokia 6010 is a ASIC 2 5 or 7 (don't ask me the hell it is), I don't want to risk to lock definitely my phone.
