Please help me unlock my nokia 1100

It is a nokia that I bought from Walmart in US. The IMEI # is: 010722009579050 and it is from Tracfone.

sorry you can't unlock tracfone with code, its a cable unlock only, try you local fone shop.

 

So if I get it unlocked using cable will I be able to use it with my existing Tmoble SIM card?

 

Tracfones have firmware/software in the phones that require you to keep time in the tank even though you may be using a T-Mobile sim card. You would be paying double just to talk so really it's useless to get that phone unlocked. Nokia makes the phones specially for tracfone this way and it takes a lot of work to decustomize the firmware and software installed to change this. Not worth the trouble at all.

 

Oh ok I see. But if I get any other nokia 1100 say from NET10 or Cingular then I can unlock it and use it with my Tmobile SIM card right?
