Please help me with my Nokia 6310i UK

Hi everyone

I just got a nokia 6310i, but its seems to be blocked on Orange. A freind of mine gave me some number #pw+12... but when i put it in the phone displayed - cannot undu restriction. Could anyone please help me. The IMEI: 351109205792132.
