Your version of Nero is out of date. Your firmware is also waaaayyyyy out of date. Anything less than 512mb of ram and your going to have to dig deep to free up some working room. Moser Bauer...TDK printables right, should be good media. Fixing the first two suggestions will probably be the end of your woes, but as a general rule make sure your target size is no more than 4300 (your way under that on this movie, so O.K.), and don't burn at more than 4X's (or 1/2 the speed of your blanks, which you are also under).
