i just bought the chameleon mod chip. i found bios for it, and i flashed it... now the normal xbox screen boots up and the blue LED's don't flash anymore. the chip was preflashed with linux cromwell 1.8, but i don't know how to get it back to that screen after i flashed. I think i had a bad flash or something? This is my first Xbox mod, so please help.
Depending on the bios you used you won't notice anything different about the XBox once you reflash the chip. If you use an Evox bios then you won't see a difference unless you used a color mod bios. With an X2 bios you'll see the word Xecuter under the X at start up. Since it sounds like your chip did flash correctly, the next step would be to load the EvoltuioNX dash. RustyDog
