I am trying to use the DVDXCOPY Platinum to copy some movies but it is telling me that the disks are CSS Encripted and then it tells me the copy of express cannot copy these types of movies, any suggestions from anyone?
Did you purchase Xcopy without the ripper, because it should be able to backup protected movies. You can download 21 day trial of AnyDVD from slysoft.com or try free program DVD43 http://www.dvd43.com/ Better if you would get two free programs DVDShrink and DVDDecrypter since Xcopy is not working for you programs and guides available at http://www.dvdplusvideo.com/index.htm
yes i bought the dvdxcopy platium with the ripper disk and its still not working, was wondering if i had to leave the disk #2 in there while i was doing it or what?
You should be able to just put your original in and it will rip and place file temp on your hardrive and then put in your dvd5 disk if you have only one drive, if you have dvd rom put in your original and then put in your dvd5 disk in your burner and rip.
