please help-missing channels after transponder scan

    hello
    i have a dreambox500c and i had a problem with the bouquets earlier in the week so i did a factory reset and since then channels are missing that i had before

    can anyone help me get them back

    i am in yorkshire huddersfield and i use virgin media
    also i did bruteforce scan still no look
