I have an axis camera from which I can get the video stream in MJPEG but I want to visualise it with MPEG2. the tool that I use send me a message of lack of "mpgdec.ax" how to get it??????????????????????? thanks in advance
Try uninstalling that tool and install the K-Lite Full Codec pack. Do a Custom Installation and look under options for MPEG-2 and DVD and select anything labelled "Mainconcept", if available. Although that decoder you listed is available, it reportedly tends to conflict with other stuff. If you are absolutely attached to the DVD software you are using, choose "Elecard" for the MPEG-2/DVD decoder rather than "Mainconcept".
