No problems burning, just when I watch the dvd, the audio does not match up to the picture. It's almost like while you're watching the movie, the sound is a chapter ahead. Thought it was an issue with just the one that I burned, but then I tried a different one & it does the same thing!! I am clueless, pretty new at this whole thing. Never had this issue before, I've burnt many dvd's with no such issue. Any ideas why this is happening now or what I can do to resolve it??? Thanks in advance!

I burn with Nero 7 on a Dell Laptop, if you need any additional info, please let me know. Thanks again!!

Would this affect the audio? I'm in the process now of downloading the update, but it says it will take 4 hours so I thought I would make sure nothing else could be causing this problem. Thanks again!

Ok, just received the following error message:

Internet Explorer cannot download ...ro-7.10.1.2_all_update.exe from ftp2.usw.nero.com. The connection with the server was reset.

    Any clue what this means??

Try this: . Open IE, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, uncheck Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility).

    @ lholley,
Uninstall the current version you have using the Nero Clean Tool. Subsequently, attempt to download/install the update, and then we'll go from there.
