i'm sorry i have read everything here i thought was helpful and been through a couple of other forum sites and i still can't find out what i need. Ok, i want to play a video on my MP10 but i am missing an audio codec (doesn't say which one). I run it through afreecodecVt and it says i need MGEG-1 layer 3 #85 and Xvid so i downloaded them, still no audio, but it says i still need them. I also tried to play video through DivX player and had a missing audio msg. I have even downloaded the klite mega pack and had no joy, please can anyone help?
If it's an avi, and you have K-Lite Codec Pack installed, try change the codec of the avi (set video to Xvid and audio to Mpeg layer 3) with e.g. Power Video Converter or X Video Converter. Good luck!
