    Thank you but it says cannot undo restriction. I don't know if i tried to many codes before....can anything be done?

    I think you only get 3 tries with 6030, and that message means you have failed over 3 times :( i dont know what you can do, maybe try to retrun the cell phone at store you got it back then buy same cell phone again (keep sim from old cell phone) then repost here and make sure take out sim card before enter unlock code
