please help! starview box from 2006/7

    ive got a starview box from about 18mnths ago and i was wondering if any could help me get the channels up on it becoz theyve all gone. apparantly i shud press 1570 and it takes mer to a different menu, but then there is lots of codes on there. do i need to change them. is there some1 out there with a bit of nouce that can run me through step by step!!!
