PLEASE HELP TEMPERATURE

    ok i posted on hear recently about my cpu overheating and i said id speak to my shop where i got it from only i did that and they said the only surgestion they have is to make sure air surply is ok with no cables in way. but hthey are haer is my mother board monitor results

    Current LOW HIGH AVERAGE
    Case 26 22 26 24
    CPU 63 35 64 55

    cpu fan 2884 rpm 2721rpm 2909rpm 2764rpm

    This was after 6 mins iv tryed changening power surply checked fans down corectly any thing else its p4 3.oo ghz abit sg72 mother board also shuts down after 5 mins on most games dew to overheating
