Please help the game open as media

    The xbox 360 open the game dvd as movie or media disc what the Solution for this problem? note: only the new games is there any software to download it to fix the problem

    Sounds like your running new games on old firmware. You will need to do one of the following.....

    1) Update your DVD drive's firmware ~(recommended)
    2) Use a activate.iso disk (not always possible, depends on firmware currently installed)
    3) Patch your game to a lower wave (search here for the term "Wave 2 patcher)

    Also, NDarkness is right, you would of got a answer waaaayy sooner if you of posted in the correct forum!

    I had the same problem. I use the Activate.iso option. But it is becoming old and annoying, so how do I update my firmware?
