please help to activate dvdxcopy

I have the same story I've read on this forum all morning. I purchased a sealed/retail version of dvdxcopy. I have tried activating online, I called the phone #888-222-9100 & got busy signals, I've tried activating on another computer. I clicked on the activationfile.htm, but it brings me to a page that said my lisence id & password are incompatible. I really do have a legitmate version. At least I hope so, because I sure as hell paid a lot for it. I have a sticker on the inside of the wrapped case with a customer ID, Lisence ID & Password. I've downloaded DVD Shrink and will try that, but I would like to know that I haven't wasted money

If you can return the dvdxcopy do so. The company is out of business so you won't get any help from them. I was one of the people who wasted money on the dvdxcopy program as well. Even if you get it to work, it still isn't worth using. You can't set the burn speed or burn size which i found to be important. I suggest you download the dvd decrypter program to run with the dvd shrink you downloaded. Both are freeware and they work with no problems.
