i am sorry but it sounds like your phone is hard locked and the only way that i know to unlock it will be with a cable. maybe there is someone else here that can give you more information.
delslow, How many codes have you tried? Is the mobile new? When you put in a non accepting sim in the phone what does the mobile say? Your mobile is probably hardlocked like BF said but theres no harm in trying.
phone restricted and say undo right below. i did it a few time maybe its hardlock but if there is a another code i'll try it
