Note: Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim, you will see "phone restricted", press UNDO option and enter the code in the restriction box and press enter. Put in a SIM from another provider and when you turn it on you should see a message "Phone restricted". If you do not see that message, let me know. JG

juksad, That has nothing to do with unlocking. The Security code is a personal PIN that someone has put in the phone to prevent other people from using it. Where did you get your phone from? JG
i was the one who set the security.but i forgot the code i used.now it only accept the original sim.i want to deactivate the code.please help.
