sorry meant to also put....remove sim card first, then enter in one of the lines. To get P or W or + press the * key several times. The code must be 15 digits. You only have 5 tries in which to enter the code after that only a cable solution will work. HTH
I tried the 7th, first, and fifth codes. none of them worked. I know I have 2 more tries before the phone is permenantly locked... any advice as to which of the remaining I should try? Also, to make sure I'm doing it exactly right I entered the codes exactly as they appeared, with the pound signs and p and w. there aren't any spaces between the numbers, right? I didn't put any in there. But I started with a pound sign, then pw, then plus, then the code, then plus then the last number and pound again. Is this right? I only have two tries left!
I just tried the second code, no luck. It has said code error after each attempt. I have one more. darn.
Hi, Its not a pound sign its a hash. Other than that i dont know....when we did our phones the first one worked first time Sorry cant help
