Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Code error", don't try again!!
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!

Your phone was locked to AT&T but you only had one chance left and you used the Cingular code first resulting in Code Error which caused the AT&T code to not work and your phone was hardlocked after the Cingular codes was entered.

 

so was there still a chance that maybe we could unlocked my phone. im willing to take the risk on entering one more code .

 

You have already gotten the message "Can Not Undo Restrictions" which means it's hardlocked to only an AT&T sim. Cingular orange sim never worked in that phone, only the blue AT&T would and that's all that will work in it now. If I could have gotten to you before you used the Cingular code, you would be unlocked but now it's too late.

no . this is the first time im going to put some code in it , when i bought this phone a year ago it was under cingular until i cut the line 3 months ago .
