I just got the new ipod nano 2gen, 4 gb. I have a cd player installed in my car and i don't have a tape player or an audio plug thing. I need something to use to listen to my ipod in my car. I would like something that works well but doesn't cost a lot of money. Can anyone recommend something for me to use?
    Thanks
    Jodi

Well you could get a new radio, or buy an FM modulator, it is your only real other choice. Just search it, there are tons of different models. I'd try and get one that lets you choose between a variety of stations so you can find one free of interference.

Thank you for your help!!! I checked some out at my local electronic stores. They said that i would have to get a fm mod. for my car cause of how old my cd player was. At the one store they recommended that the Monster icar play is the best on the market. One of the other stores said that the Digital Lifestyle Outfitters TransPod iPod Car Dock was the best on the market. And at one of the stores they said that it didnt really matter what one I got, even if I got a lower end model for cheaper, it wouldn't really make that much difference. I really appreciate any advise and help that anyone could give me!
    Thanks Jodi

The stores with 'the best on the market' just want you to buy the most expensive one. Pretty much any one will do. You might want to look for one that plugs into the cigarette lighter that charges your iPod too. I know there is a Belkin one that is pretty good.

Yeah I figured that too. The only thing is that both brands that they said were the same price ($99.99) and both stores had both. I think that i am probably just going to go with a cheaper model. I think that I will get the same quality for a lower price. I do like the ones that plug into the cigarette liter so they charge the i pod and do not run off of the i pods battery.
    Thanks Jodi :)

They can be a bit pricey, just be sure you're getting what you've paid for.
