I have an HDTV, a Rogers Cable Box, a Phillips DVDR 3575, and a surround sound system. What is the best way to hook everything up? I have lots of Component Cables and HDMI's to use. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
HDMI for video and for your audio out if possible S/PDIF for all your audio connections running through one wire! other wise for audio feel free to connect them normally 1080p though HDMI is top-brass and if available should be used best of luck! -tripplite
Need more info on your equipment: TV: how many HDMI inputs, Component inputs? DVDR: what kind of outputs, HDMI, Component, Composite? Surround System: HDMI output, HDMI inputs (how many), component outputs, inputs? If you can't answer these, tell us the brand and model of your components, so we can look them up.
