OK, here is what you do. You incert the T-moblie card into the phone, and enter the code. To enter the letters, sipmly press the *(star) key until you get the desired letter, and when you press #(pound) it should show a message saying "phone unlocked" or some message of that sort. If it says incorrect code, try the next code, If it doesn't unlock, incert the other SIM card and try it again. Here are the codes. What I mean when I say "when you press the #(pound) key," is at the end of the code after all the letters and numbers are pressed, and the *(star) key also provides the +(plus)symbol.
