Hey Piecefull,(correct me if i am wrong)i believe dvd-fab rips in IFO mode automatically but i cant seem to find where to select "splitting" to none. where can i find this option on DVD-FAB in orderto get the VOB files? C

Get DVD Decrypter (or if you cant find it) get dvd fab devrypter
Rip in IFO mode (remember to change splitting to "none")
After you should get some VOB files, the movie is the biggest file.

Ive never used DVD fab but i just tried it and your right, i cant find anywhere to change the splitting,
So you get alot of VOBs? if so, download DVD decrypter it should be easy to find, if you cant then PM your email to me. Im sure it has splitting options and rips in ISO or IFO or FILE mode.

For Shokk and Ratek88 this dosen't answer your question but is a alternative.

Get a hold of PSP Movie Creator. It is by far the best program to convert movies with all the bells and whistles PSP'ers are looking for. Very easy to use!! You can convert right from the DVD itself or video files like avi and mpg. You will need to get it registered or it onlys does 10min.of video.

Its muck mate, out of curiosity i downloaded it and tried it, granted its easy to use, but the overall video output is crap, MPEG4_SP is the only encoding option with it, and its old.
Think i,ll stick with PSPvideo9 and thee brillant MPEG4-AVC

You adjust the quality settings to your liking. Ive used both and I'll take Movie creator. No question! For beginners it should be there choice too.

btw - If you go into the settings you can select what codecs you want to use.

It's possible that it's my data cable. I tried everything you said, over and over again, still same error code. Now i tried moving photos over to the photo folder, and sometimes it works, sometimes it dosn't. CRAZY!!! I appreciate your help, i'm going to get a new data cable or that MC holder to put the MC into, and i'm gonna try it again. If it dosn't work after that, i really am gonna freak! I will post soon with the outcome. Thanks again!!!

Thx for the reply but i just wonder anyone have any idea or suggestion on how i can input the subtitle in anyway ? haha

Well if there is really anyway i can do it, i really appreciate it

P.S. the subtitle and video are 2 different files

    For DFresh331

You mention that some of your pictures transferred dont work, it probably because of the format of the pictures ? Guess it will work if u change it ... ^^

no thats not what i meant.. if you use clone mobile it does it all in one step for you, it rips the dvd right into mp4 format. Only downside is its a 30 day trial unless you get a hack version. i had a registry key-gen, which was working and then stopped for some reason. =(.
And if you are using vid9 you would have to go through 2 programs and piece already instructed u on what to do
