I was just wondering..I downloaded a movie that is in Fair Quality,Is there anyway that I could make the avi video file into High quality? Thank You!
as a general rule...you will never acheive higher quality than the original. if you transfer a vhs to a dvd, the dvd will not look significantly better than the vhs. there are processes to acheive better results, but dont expect miracles. with your avi file, my first response is no, you will not be able to improve the quality.
