Uh dude, try using DVD Shrink, and compress it to around 2.3 Gb's. And do that with another one, and burn both a DVD-R. I warn you however, that it will have extremely bad quality. (However, it is in the eyes of the beholder) When burning it to a DVD, burn it the slowest that you can to try and get a little bit more quality.
i'm not burning it to a dvd i;m burning it on a cdr in the vcd format the size of the file is 732mb and the movie will not fit on 1 disk I need to know how to cut it in half so I can put it on 2 cd-r disks
CD-R's? Oh man. I don't know if that would be such a smart idea bro. I would go with a DVD-R if anything man. Lot easier, and you'll have a lot more quality. Check my Guides out if you need help with Burning onto DVD-r's. Http://get-me.to/DVD
TMPGEnc will not work its a MPEG-3 not MPEG-1 OR MPEG-2 anyone know what I could do about spliting the 732mb in hafe to fit on 2 CD-R disks as a VCD cd
