please help

    I cant seem to burn video files to disc with nero it keeps saying that there is no disc in the drive I am using sony DVD-RW is that compatible? what are the best discs to use? my drive is lite- on dvd+rw SOHW-822S please someone help im going slowly insane. Thanx

    You have a +R(RW) only drive. You are using -R(RW) media, will not work. You need to get +R(RW) media.
