Ok so i downloaded a movie(.avi file) and i wanted to convert it to dvd format....so i got winavi video converter...I converted it without any problems but once i went to look at my formated video there was like 100 folders with 2 folders in each called "video TS" and "audio TS". in each "audio TS" there was nothing inside it...and in each "video TS" there was 1 .vob files, 2 .ifo files and 2 .bup files. now i get ready to burn it to a dvd so i drag all the folders to the nero wizard program and the file size hits 2000MB...ok so i burn and then i pop it in my dvd player and nothing happens....please help, i would appreciate any help

    thank you.

I haven't used winavi video converter and I don't know about you or anybody else, but I like to use vso DivXtoDVD mainly for converting all of my AVI and DivX files to DVD. I sometimes use NeroVision Express just because Nero has an option of adding the menu that's all.

Please see this thread http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/233492 for a free working setup of vso DivXtoDVD. Yes.. that one is free, fast and has no watermarks after converting AVI, DivX, XviD to DVD. Once your done with converting, open up Nero Burning Rom and burn it. However, if your files are too big i.e. over 4.7GB (4.3GB), then you need Nero Recode 2 or DVD Shrink to encode/compress your files, so it can be perfectly fit onto a single layer 4.7GB disc.
