    ok my xbox is actin like an old tv
    when i turn it on it goes through the whole blob thing and then it goes to the dashboard but its black and white and its movin from top to bottom really fast

    have you checked the region settings on your dashboard and made sure they are correct?

    make sure that you dont have more than one thing plug into the tv on the same av input some tv's have 2 av inputs for the same av channel

    It's because you're Xbox is trying to display a PAL setting on an NTSC television.

    Get the enigmah video mode switcher and use that to switch it back to NTSC.

    lol Venom, using my advice I see. Yeah buddy what you do is download Enigmah Video switcher, and burn the .ISO, once this is done, cold boot your xbox with Enigmah in there, then hold A for NTSC, and B for PAL.
