Please Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'm having problems installing a DVD rom game onto my PC, I've tried to find the drivers for mt dvd rom drive, (Matshita SR-8586 DVD rom drive). Could someone please help me before I place a hammer through my computer.

    Thanks. I did try this but it wouldnt let me install it comes up with DWL2.EXE but nothing to install. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

    moved. windows uses it's own driver for rom drives. does windows see the drive alright?

    Yes I've been into properties and it says that it's working ok. But still having problems

    Ok It may be a protection.Sometimes that happens as it did with me on moh allied assault.So have you tryed any other games or apps and did they install fine?

    If so it's either the disc itself or the protection funking out your drive brand.

    Thanks it must be the protection on the disk itself as mohaa and battlefield 1942 loaded ok. Thanks for your help.

    No problem.I had the same issue every other game worked fine except moh aa.

    It's drive specific so don't sweat it.Anyways good luck and have fun playing your games.
