I tried installing XBMC as my dashboard but i accidently typed the location wrong (yeah i know im dumb). So now, it just doesnt load the dashboard, it just loads up the black screen where it has the xbox logo and microsoft under it. Also, i softmodded my xbox so i don't have any modchips in it. Can somebody pelase tell me how to correct this so my unleash x dashboards will come back !!!! Thanks In Advance
Get the Aid 3.0 and run that, dont forget to backup your C drive, and eeprom, then uninstall XBMC, install the unleashed x or evox and then install XBMC as dash.
but the problem is i can't back anything up becuase i can't ftp to my xbox unless the dashboard loads, which it doesnt. Also, what do you mean by "get the a.d 3.0 and run that". I know what the AID 3.0 is, but what do you mean by running it? Thanks alot for replying
burn aid onto a disk, and then you can boot it up in your xbox, once its loaded you get the option of backing up your eeprom & C drive, when you go to back up your eeprom you can then change your system settings and revert back to FTP'ing between your xbox & pc as your basicly in evox. so you can also then back up to your pc as well as a back up on the E drive of your xbox.
