Hey, I was looking though my pictures on my 30gb video ipod . then when I hit menu to go back to options the screen turned black and it wont turn off or do anything I plugged it in to my computer and it wont read it.what can I do It isnt turning off. Also it is refurbished could that have anything to do with it,sometimes I could feel the harddrive spinning. please help thanks
My guess would be if it still has warranty exchange it for another one. Refurbished would mean that they found a problem with it and they fixed it and made it look new. Try turning putting it on hard disk mode
