i tried to use softmod installer deluxe 2.0 by using an action replay to transfer the splinter cell files to the xbox, but when i start up splinter cell and select checkpoints a black screen comes up and black green writing say your xbox needs serviceing, and the eject button flashes red and green, iknow this messege is not proper because everything works fine when i turn it off. How do i stop this from coming up so i can get to the unleashx dashvoard and install thw softmod.

ok i think i have made some progress accordind to the SID v4.5 (i got the newer version) site i have the correct colour LED on the xbox but there is only a black screen can someone tell me what i am doing wrong or what i need to do.
black screen and orange led right? sits there for a bit .... what game are you using ? ntsc or pal? details
