That's way too much RAM, 6 gigs is sufficient. The PSU is a big no no.. Look for a good corsair PSU, for that display, go with the 1GB 4870 card, but everything else seems fine. I'm sure he can do better picking out a good case.
Also i noticed you did ALL of it on newegg and id suggest checking tigerdirect or other reputable pc building sites.
Mainboard is ASUS, asus quality is very low. Disk drives are nice. That is a lot of ram, but it is nice ram. I'm just not sure if you will be able to use it all. The hard drive is a bit small for my taste, but it should work. PSU it total garbage. I would go with the sapphire video card. Case should work, but you might want to upgrade the fans. I have had bad experiences with Samsung screens, I recomend Acer. CPU is nice...should overclock well with aftermarket cooling.
