    Here's your main problem: O20 - AppInit_DLLs: inicfg32.dll,dexplore.dll C:\WINDOWS\System32\dexplore.dll

I'm only going to tell you to remove this with HijackThis because it can rid it but, there is another way if it does not.

Run a scan only with HijackThis, check to fix these:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ExploreUpdSched] C:\WINDOWS\System32\kwinlrex.exe TST001 (ONLY if you do not know this. May have to fix this in safe mode)

    O4 - Startup: Think-Adz.lnk = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\kwinlrex.exe (Above notes also applie to this)

O20 - AppInit_DLLs: inicfg32.dll,dexplore.dll C:\WINDOWS\System32\dexplore.dll (You may get an error for this one, ignore it and fix this!) [/bold]

Run a system clean and an issuse fix with Ccleaner.
