Afternoon All, I bought the Super box 3 about 2 days before all the channels went down. Having been informed that the box would auto update, I'm now more than a little peeved to be without all the movies and sports. Never had any previous experience with this type of box before and the person who I purchased off has now conveniently left the country. I understand from the hours I've now spent searching the various sites that a software update is required, though I don't have a clue where to start!! Yes, I am a "Newby" before you all start, but we all have to start somewhere!! Thank you in anticipation.....
