Please tell me what is the problem

I dont know what wrong with this PS2 always with problems.Last time when I open it on repair it everything was ok but I dont know what happend for a couple of days he start to run my PS2 backups only when he want to .A do absolutly stuped thing and he start to run my games ex. reset,turn off,thurn off from the back switch,unplug and plug again the memory card,gamepad,AC cabl and... without moving an inch the ps2 and he start to run the game if it is on good mood.Take the ps2 from the table and then put it bad and start to run what could be the problem and this is only of PS2 games nothing else
