Cannot undo restriction” or “Not allowd” means. After you have made 3-5 attempts and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hardlocked." At this point, you will not be able to unlock it by codes. You will need to take or send it to a professional unlocker for direct unlocking service.as their is no software or cable that you can use to unlock it
