please wait code being updated on eurovox 2008

    Just got in and had a message that said "please insert card" So I turned the box off and on and then got "please wait code being updated" This has been on the screen for 15 mins so far and doesn't seem to be going anywhere. What do I do. If this is it it will be the worse £100 I've ever spent as I've only had the box a few days.

    and you press menu then the yellow button this will get u into the code page on eurovox
