I really need help 5G 60GB video. See please wait very low battery. Charges in car perfectly but not in wall charger or on computer. Car: If battery is charging- take it off charger immediately goes dead put if back on and restarts and see Appel logo. At this point cannot reset. Resetting does nothing. IF battery is fully charged- take it off charger can play it Acts perfectly normal. But if i reset it it goes back to a blank screen. Wall: Does nothing Computer: not fully charged- Please wait very low battery error. then try to reset it it just goes back to the please wait very low battery screen. Fully charged- Do not disconnect comes up and freezes for about 1 min then starts blinking but the active circle is not animated. Computer sometimes reconizes it. Itunes only reconizes it if right click on my computer and then go to manage and cut off the ipod service then attach the ipod and start service then open itunes. The corrupt ipod comes up and i need to restore but if i try i get error 1417 message. Please help it is 2 years old and the battery was replaced last may by me and it has worked up until 2 weeks ago perfectly never had any problems with it.
try a new usb cable the white cable that comes with the ipod to sync cable could be damage and you may find that sometimes if you get it just right it will work. borrow one from someone or connect it to a friends computer and see if is recognise by itunes. Good Luck.
