    This is an older version of Nero, try here for update, both packages
    http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe

    Package 2
    http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe

    It is recommended to have a minimum of 512mb RAM to burn successfully, consider upgrade.

    These are horrible discs, try Verbatim or Sony (made in japan)

    You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml

    evilace hi :)
    close more applications to free up more memory, you're in virtual memory territory which means your hard disc will be 'swapping', therefore interfering with the burn.
    you have very little ram to start off with ,you really need to add a further 512Mb to burn. the system alone will take about 250 Mb
    these disc's are NOT cmc, they are Ritek 16x - r

    2.4x is way to slow and can cause errors just the same as to fast a burn can do
    so therefore burn at 8x or there abouts

    @gwen hi :)
    my typeing is to slow, going to leave it now i've done it LOL
