Hi, I bought the Plextor PX-M402U hardware capture box because NeroVision 3 (the recent major update)would lose the Audio in my MPEG2 captures. The Plextor worked fine for audio until I cranked up the DVD quality. Now the sound is faind with the audi record leavel to the max. I had it set on LPCM. My Sony Hi-8 is putting out sound when I run it into a VCR. So, it isn't the source. I do have the latest firmware. Any ideas???
Does Nero now support the M402U? Try using the Plextor GoCap tool for capturing with the 402 then edit/author with other software. download from Plextor.com
