    The PlexWrtier Premium 523252

On the onset nothing too impressive however have a closer look at the GigaRec 'feature'. By completely throwing the Red-book specifcation out the window (or whatever color it is), this drive can cram damn near 1GB onto a garden variety 700MB disc. Of course there are serious compatibility issues hehe but an interesting feature nonethless... if anyone has it... feel free to review that baby :)

Serious issues as to whether this drive is considered a "2 sheep" burner or a "1 sheep" burner (EFM encoding). Reports at other forums I visit show certain Plex Premium drives as "2 sheep" burners and this is related to the TLA#... (very strange)!

    My opinion:
    1) Plex drives are too darn expensive!
    2) Plex Premium, is it a 1 or 2 sheep burner?
    3) Unless Plextor releases firmware for "bugs"= waste of money!

    Shoey :)
