First of all, whether or not this fixes the problem, get rid of the EZCool power supply, those units are not only unreliable, they're also unsafe. Immediately replace it with a quality unit like the Corsair VX 450W (trust me, that will be fine for your system, it will only use about 150W)
Yeah I remember a guy having the same problem as you and he fixed it just by switching out with a decent PSU(a Corsair 550VX in his case).
if it still doesn't work you should try a different driver i fixed my friends computer when i reformatted it i had to go to a different computer to download the driver but the screen was like 1d 2d colors after i installed it it worked try to use the monitor on a different computer and see if it works
THANKKS GUYS IVE FIGURED OUT WAT THE PROBLEM IS I FORGOT TO PLUG IN THE 12V ATX POWER SUPPLY INTO THE MOBO (THE ONE NEXT TO THE CPU) MY FAN WAS BLOCKING MY VIEW IOF IT.# BTW YOU GUYS ARE RIGHT EZCOOL IS SHIT MY MACHINE KEEPS ON POWER DOWN BY IT SELF WHEN WINDOWS LOAD UP!!
Yep, that's a faulty PSU. Before it does any damage get rid of the thing, they're dangerous. Next time though, no caps and no bad words.
Because it's interpreted as shouting, and therefore rude. I'd get the following PSU for your system: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139003 450W is enough, if you get a Corsair but it should specifically be this unit because other cheap 450W units go bang and cause you issues.
A dell power supply? They're only compatible with Dell systems, not standard form PCs like yours. Which country do you live in?
