Plug headphones into monitor with only audio input

Is there any adapter or something to make it possible for me to plug in my headphones? I tried google for about 15 minutes and had no luck.

If you only have a audio input jack, You can't get audio output from this.

You are talking about input and output and I don't understand what you are trying to do. Headphones should be connected to the headphone output jack on your computer.
