i think i have the right equipment to standby becasue i have a router and an ethernet cable etc but i don't no how to do it so could somebody plz help me ?
well actually i am good at halo 2 because i got a level 35 legit...i just want to know how to standby so i can help my friends level up!
well yes i know you have to have host and yes i am a legit 35 like i said i am good at halo ! could you tell me whether it is something to do with pulling out the ethernet cable? Also i am not a cheater this is for my friends benefit as i am helping my friends get their level up at halo and i cant be botherd to just 'boost' them up!
Why dont you try to experience with your router pull out each cord one at a time and see what happens if you stay in the game and get kills than that is the right cord.
Some modems have a stand by button on them and if you are host and you press it than you kill tham and press it again you will have succesfully standbyed.
Thanks for all your help so far people. I was trying all the different cables earlier and there is a DSL cable which runs from the router to the modem...i tried pulling it out of the router and then pulling it back in but i lagged out of the game....After that i tried pulling it out of the modem for like 2 seconds and then puting it back in that seemed to work as my friend said he went to blue screen for like 2 secs.....is there anyway to make them go 2 blue screen for longer? Or does any1 have any other ideas e.g differnet cables to pull out? I really appreciate this. Thanks.
