plz help:i downloaded ps2 dvdrip games

plz i want any one help me

i downloaded ps2 dvdrip games for inter net and the file was .rar
what must i do to burn it and blay it in my ps2 console
plz any one tell me the instruction for burning it and how to play it in my ps2 its format is .rar adownloaded from ps2rip,com

Well the file to burn is actually INSIDE of the RAR file. RAR is another type of compression, like WinZip, so you'll need a program called WinRAR. Download it and install it. Open up the .rar file with WinRAR and click the 'Extract' button (it's at the top) and extract it to a location on your hard drive. Then the file to burn (witch should be in bin/cue or iso format) will be available.

 

you'll be needing "winrar" program to extract the file. if you have muiltple file of .rar (.r00, r01, r02, etc), start from .r00 .

 

and use alcohol 120 to burn them.

 

you must also have a modified console in order for them to work.

but i now that i must extract it with winrar ,as i have this program and i can use it ,
i know also the i must find .BIN/.CUE or .ISO to burn , but when i extracted the file to a folder i didn't find those formats.
i found game file they was :

1- 26 files ,first file format .001 the second .002 ,etc.

2-file #27 its format is .sfv

i wonder if those file is game file which i must burn them by copying them and paste in burning program? or must be in .cue or .iso so i can burn them
by the way in the info file was written FORMAT:.bin/.cue
but icoudn't find thes format.

open "filename.001" by right clicking and choosing "open with" and then "choose program" and then choose winrar (you must have winrar installed ,obviously) ,then simply extract to your chosen directory and you will end up with your wanted files


edit: it sounds as if its double packed so you can use winrar for both "filname.rar" and "filename.001"

DOWNLOADING GAMES IS ILLEGAL

even if you OWN the game, it is illegal to make a copy of SOEMONE ELSE'S DISC

the only LEGAL backup is one of a disc that YOU OWN

so dwonlaoding a game that is ripped from soembody else's disc is illegal
